Cobowmac has a full range of machining equipment covering all processes from cutting, machining, assembly,welding, surface treatment.
The preparation workshop is equipped with one laser cutter, two plasma flame cutting machines, two bending machines, four radial drills, four band saws, four-column hydraulic presses, high-speed punching machines and other processing equipment. The annual steel cutting capacity can reach 20,000 tons.
The manufacturing workshop has a lifting capacity of up to 40 tons. At the same time, it is equipped with cast 3D platform，iron platform, plate slab platform and steel platform. Enabling precise scribing, stakeout, and assembly work to meet the processing requirements of various special-shaped structural parts.
Cobowmac has a comprehensive welding process and a skilled team of welders, and is equipped with a variety of welding equipment, including manual welding, argon arc welding, CO2 welding, submerged arc welding, electroslag welding, stud welding and more. The company is capable of handling welding operations for materials such as thin plates, medium plates, stainless steel, alloy steel, and wear-resistant steel.
Cobowmac has built a 300㎡ standard blasting room to meet Sa2.5 surface roughness requirements. A container-style glass blasting room is equipped for blasting thin plates, stainless steel parts and galvanized parts. The company also has a 2000㎡ painting room and a 300㎡ constant-temperature spray booth designed for spraying operations in rainy, low-temperature, and high-humidity environments.
