Cobowmac uses flexible laser cutting technology, keeping high precision and supporting complex processes, without worrying delivery speed.
CNC machining offers the advantages of high precision, repeatability, and automation, allowing for the efficient realization of intricate and complex operations.
Cobowmac uses an automated sheet metal welding system to reduce deviation, improve production quality and reduce production cost. And, it also can deal with complex welding processes.
Sheet metal fabrication is the process of turning flat sheets of steel or aluminium into metal structures or products, by cutting, punching, folding and assembling.
You can achieve machining precision based on the process used.
Our precision is process-dependent. Typically:
Laser Cutting: Typical tolerances are ±0.1mm (or ±0.005 inches), depending on material thickness.
CNC Bending: Angle tolerances are generally within ±0.5 degrees, and bend length tolerances within ±0.2mm.
If you require tighter tolerances, please specify them on your drawings, and our engineers will evaluate the feasibility.
Our equipment can handle sheet metal up to [1500mm x 3000mm].
Machining thickness range:
Stainless Steel: 0.5mm to 6mm
Aluminum: 0.5mm to 8mm
Carbon Steel: 0.5mm to 12mm
(Note: These figures reflect our actual equipment capabilities. They are critical performance specifications.)
For very small orders such as 1-2 pieces, the per-unit cost will be relatively high because of the setup fees involved. However, for larger production runs, Cobowmac can offer very competitive pricing.
Production lead time is based on your complexity and scale of the project. Cobowmac will evaluate your businesses needs and provide production time and delivery time, ensuring on-time delivery with strong manufacturing capabilities and refined operation.
